Investment
Coaching sessions are offered in a three-part series, with each session lasting 60 minutes each. Sessions will be curated specifically for the client, and may include yoga/gentle movement, intention setting, meditation practices, mantra, breathwork, as well as other mindfulness practices. Each of these tools can be used throughout your day to guide you towards a greater sense of self compassion.
